​The company behind the brand Hugo & Celine is changing its name. Hugo & Celine AB will become Pet Union Sweden AB. In the next step, Naturligt Hundtugg AB will merge with Pet Union Sweden AB.

Hugo & Celine AB and Naturligt Hundtugg AB have in recent years grown rapidly, with a clear goal of becoming the market leader in the Nordic region within dog snacks. As part of this development, and to better highlight our joint organization, we will be carrying out both a name change and a merger in 2023.

The first step is that Hugo & Celine AB will now change its name to Pet Union Sweden AB.

​

We want to clearly show that we are a company with several different brands: Hugo & Celine, TACCAT, and Naturligt Hundtugg. By separating the Hugo & Celine brand from the company name, we create clarity for owners, partners, customers, and suppliers.

The name Pet Union Sweden AB will appear as the sender on all products, but our brands will remain unchanged for the end customer. In the next step, during autumn 2023, we will merge Naturligt Hundtugg AB with Pet Union Sweden AB. We are doing this to simplify administration and accounting, as well as to become a clearer partner for our customers and suppliers. We will provide more information when the merger takes place.

Pet Union Sweden AB will not be a consumer brand, but it will be the company name and the umbrella for our strong consumer brands.
